Connecting Ideas

This is a submission for OST Composing Jam 7 wherein one composes a soundtrack for an imaginary game.

I interpreted the jam's text theme of "inside my world" to denote thinking to one's self.

"Connecting Ideas" would be a top-down puzzle game where thought bubbles containing images of various objects/situations/letters/words are floating around. The player would have the ability to tether thought bubbles. He or she would then be provided a prompt and tasked with using those tethers to wrangle together thought bubbles representing the prompt, within an allotted time. So for instance, if the player is provided the prompt "a place to bring an animal", the solution would be to connect a thought bubble showing a dog to one depicting a car in a parking spot to form "dog park".

Included in this submission are two stage themes and a "time is running out" theme.
