This is a submission for "Impressions Composing Jam: Special Holiday Jam Personal Project" wherein participants are invited to work on a personal music project. 

I originally intended to submit "Highlanders Forever" for "Impressions Composing Jam Ambience 1", but after finishing the composition I took a step back and came to the conclusion that it wasn't even remotely 'ambient' so I decided to hold off and put it on the back burner. For this jam, I finished up this track by working on the performance dynamics and worked on the mixing.

This song was originally inspired by the large mountains in the background provided for the ambient jam's image... I wanted to provide a large sense of space and it wound up becoming a big, bombastic piece.
